Terms of Service

Last updated October 8, 2026

These terms apply when a company (“you”) uses Vault Leasing (“Vault”). By creating an account, you agree to them on behalf of your company.

Your account

The person who signs up becomes your company's owner — they control billing and the account — and can invite others. You're responsible for who you invite, for keeping passwords private, and for what happens under your account.

Your data

Everything your company puts into Vault stays yours. You're responsible for having the right to collect and use the tenant and applicant information you enter, including their consent where the law requires it. We use your data only to provide Vault, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can download a copy at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data.

Using Vault fairly

Don't use Vault to break the law, to discriminate against tenants or applicants, to send spam, or to try to reach another company's data or disrupt the service.

Early access

Vault is in early access: it's free, it's improving quickly, and features may change. It's provided as is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. Before any paid plan starts, you'll be told in advance and choose whether to continue.

Ending

You can stop using Vault at any time and ask us to close your account and erase your data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Vault isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue or lost data, arising from using the service.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and of Canada that apply there.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and let account holders know before the change applies.
